Personal data we process

• Company name and contact person's name,
• E-mail address and optional phone number,
• Country or city,
• Your message, product requirements and other information you provide,
• IP address, submission time and technical anti-abuse records.

Data is collected electronically when you submit the form and when technical server security records are generated.

Purposes and legal basis

We process this data to:

• Respond to quotation, product, service and technical support requests,
• Identify a suitable solution for your production requirements,
• Communicate with you about your request,
• Prevent spam, automated submissions and other misuse,
• Meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or protect legal rights.

Depending on the request, processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Law No. 6698, including steps connected with establishing or performing a contract, legal obligations, the protection of legal rights and our legitimate interests.

Sharing and international processing

Data may be shared, where necessary, with authorised sales, service and management staff and with our website hosting, e-mail and information security providers. It may also be disclosed to public authorities or courts where the law requires it.

If a technical provider uses infrastructure outside Turkey, any international transfer is handled under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and the applicable safeguards.

Retention and security

Messages are kept for as long as necessary to conclude the request and manage the related business relationship. Longer retention applies only where required by law or needed for a legal claim. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Forms are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. SMTP credentials are stored outside public website files, and server-side validation, rate limits and bot-trap fields are used to reduce misuse.

Your rights

Article 11 of Law No. 6698 grants rights including access to information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply, notification of those actions to recipients, objection to certain automated results and compensation for unlawful processing.

Cookies and third-party services

The live website does not use advertising or visitor-profiling cookies. Only on the preview environment at test.cevrukler.com.tr, and after the visitor's explicit choice, Microsoft Clarity may process interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and page navigation. Strict masking is enabled for the Clarity project; form fields and page text are not sent to the service in readable form. Clarity is not loaded on the test website when consent is rejected. Advertising storage is denied and the tool is not enabled on the live domain. You can review the service provider's practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
